MYOB Advanced Payment Methods
Payment Methods in MYOB Advanced need to be configured correctly to be able to sync payments from the eCommerce store into MYOB Advanced. The requirements are as follows:
- One Payment Method in MYOB Advanced for each payment method on the website (E.g Stripe => STRIPE, Afterpay => AFTERPAY)
- All eCommerce related payment methods are to have only 1 cash account allowed, that cash account must have “Use in AR” and “AR Default” ticked on.
If you would like to change your payment methods used, please set up the new payment methods and contact support. Our team will be able to update your integration configuration with the new payment methods.
Below you can see an example of a correctly set up Payment Method, note that there is 1 Cash Account set as the AR Default.
